    It's time to wrap up "All the World’s a Stage" Summer Reading Program, and we are throwing quite a party! Young patrons are invited to participate in Lego boat challenges and lawn games. The program ends with a pizza party where awards will be presented to those who participated in the Summer Reading Challenge. Space is limited. Please call the library at 207-236-3642 to register.

    The Rockport Public Library will be CLOSING EARLY at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 14, so that our staff can attend the annual Town of Rockport Staff Appreciation BBQ. We will reopen for regular operating hours on Saturday, August 15.

This lively group is a great place to ask questions, share tips, and enjoy the company of other fiber artists. Meets on 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesdays (when there is a 5th Tuesday!) at 3:00 p.m. in the library’s lower level. New members are always welcome.
