The next talk in the Rockport Public Library’s “Let’s Feel Better in 2026” series will explore Craniosacral Therapy (CST). On Wednesday, July 15, at 6 p.m., midcoast CST practitioner Ute Molitor will examine the origins and principles of CST through a slide presentation, videos, anecdotes, and experiential exercises.

Molitor is trained in functional and biodynamic forms of CST. As someone who is also educated in spiritual companioning, mindfulness meditation, and eco-spirituality, Molitor professes to “deeply appreciating the power of CST to reconnect us with our aliveness and address various ailments, all the while tapping into the underlying, unifying, and mysterious powers which shape and sustain us.”

Molitor began exploring this work in search of relief from her own physical challenges stemming from birth complications and several accidents. She offers her knowledge and services to help people reconnect with their sense of belonging, wholeness, worth, and calling on a spiritual, physical, and emotional level.
