Families are invited to dress up and join Youth Librarian Stephanie in Memorial Park (across from the Rockport Library) for a Halloween parade through Rockport Village. After, there will be cider, chocolate milk, and treats from LAUGH loud SMILE big! P.A.W.S. will be joining the festivities, bringing adorable costumed shelter dogs to walk along with us in our parade!
